Amazing Bible
This Bible is THE PERFECT Bible. With roughly about 15 maps to help you understand the journeys of the prophets, Jesus and apostles. I would highly highly recommend purchasing this for your child or for a new believer as it helps you understand ever single verse perfectly and it has amazing book introductions. The quality also feels very sturdy and viable and the silky touch of the pages is an amazing. The perfect study Bible!
Such a well put together book. The imitation leather looks great and the font size and study notes are very helpful. No regrets at all.

Beautiful Study Bible, in the KJV Translation
There are a lot of study Bibles available, in an assortment of translations and target audiences. The choice of what study Bible to use is a personal one, and a lot of factors play into this choice. The KJV Foundation Study Bible is a good fit for general study for those that don’t want a massive volume to tote around but still want the benefit of good reference notes. This is an actual study Bible, not a devotional Bible. In the introductory section of this volume, the editors explain that this is basically an abridged version of the full KJV Study Bible, which is what is implied by the title. It does not include all of the notes from that Bible but includes a pared-down set of notes that cover the most important points. Not every verse is annotated, but the main themes and points are covered to give a better understanding. This Bible also includes maps and charts to aid in study as well. The translation, as mentioned, is the classical King James Version (KJV) which is a translation that has been around for a few centuries now. It is well respected, combining accuracy with literary excellence. That said, for those not very familiar with this particular translation it uses more archaic and formal English which can be difficult to read, especially for younger readers. Older readers, or people that have studied the Bible for many years will recognize it as the translation that was (is) used for memorization most often. There’s nothing wrong with the KJV, it’s a fine choice for someone wanting to study the Bible, but it’s not the most easy to read or understand. The book introductions are fairly concise and to the point, taking roughly a half page for each. These sections offer three pieces of information: the authorship, the time frame in which the book was written, and the main themes. Some Bibles have a lot more information about the different books that usually add some contextual information or address some theological points, but this particular Bible sticks to very focused data about the book and does not get into deep theological argument. The typeface used is very easy on the eyes, which is great news for those needing a larger font or for those that just prefer it. Even the notes are easier to read in a larger typeface than what I have seen in most study Bibles, making this a very comfortable daily reading Bible. This is a beautiful volume too. The cover is a caramel brown imitation leather, nicely stitched and bound properly. The pages have gold gilding on the edges which is fairly common. What is not common is that it has two ribbon markers instead of just one which is something I wish more Bibles had.If you are a fan of the KJV translation and are looking for a study Bible in a manageable size and is easy on the eyes, this is a great choice. It is based on the full KJV Study Bible, hitting the highlights and providing excellent study aids for the Bible student. The fact that it’s a beautiful volume is just another plus.
