Received it today and the packaging was really simple. It's a chip and a pin to open the sim slot. It didn't work immediately and needed some manual setting. Seller was very quick in response to my question and offered me a guide to finish the setting.It's working fine as of now and LTE signal is also strong.If you didn't get it to work, email seller and see what he/she can help.

Works for Sprint to ATT/Cricket. Have to do 5 min of programming but there’s written instructions, a website and a YouTube video so if you can’t figure it out than that’s on you.

This chip unlocked it as it says it will do, very easy process. The only minor issue i faced is that by putting this chip along with sim it was difficult to enter sim tray in phone. It became very tight and i have to push it inside with force. I think it may be my sim card because it's old and may be thicker than today's sim card.Got burned on facebook marketplace by buying sprint Iphone X which is financed with unpaid balance. seller sold me by unlocking it with similar kind of chip and online imei checkers showed everything is good with phone and everything is clear. Came home and updated it with latest iOS and also restored to factory settings as i thought it is factory unlocked iphone X. Entered my ATT sim and it started showing sim not valid, called ATT immediately they transferred to apple tech and found out that this is not factory unlocked but Sprint iphone. Then called sprint they confirmed it and asked account information of phone owner to see the status, which i did not have. By talking to them and doing some more research i found out that phone has unpaid balance and therefore it cannot be activated on sim other than original sim. Finally left with no option and end up buying this chip to unlock it so that i can use it till the time sprint does not list it as blacklisted.

This chip actually saved me over $200. It works perfectly well and the customer care are 100% responsive and polite. I highly recommend this instead of those other cheap fake chip products. Trust me, if you buy this you will never regret (I speak out of experience because I am using it now) 100% authentic. In fact, I intend to order another one.

This chip works, it’s a little confusing on the steps that come with it so I recommend you watch their video on their website before attempting anything. It took a couple tries to get it to work but it DOES work. The chip comes in a little ziplock bag along with a little instruction paper. It’s a little tricky to get the chip & SIM card to in the SIM card tray to slide into your phone (iPhone). I have been using mine for about a week now with no issues. I would definitely recommend this to anyone trying to unlock their phone at a low cost.
