It became my favorite routine!
Nice holistic tool to get rid of your pain - just wear tge socks, find the area you wang to heal and follow the instruction! Very easy to use, small size to take with you to every trip, great value for money!

Very cool
I love acupressure and taking care of myself the best I can and these socks/tools help. It’s hard to follow videos sometimes and the socks help give a more visual aid for when to apply. As for pressure it’s more of a person to person feeling. I apply mild pressure and use downward strokes. Started from top working down. Both tools offer aid for different areas of the foot. I can’t wait to continue using these and see how this aids in my recovery throughout the body.

Not great directions
This product is really nice to use. My husband and I both enjoyed it. However, there were no instructions on the best way and correct directions to use it. I’m glad I got it while it was on sale. Otherwise, I would never have bought this.

Fun and Therapeutic
You can tell when you deep rub your feet that it affects different parts of your body. Well this is the map for just that. Allows you to get deep into the spot and you can really feel it work on those areas. I thought this was a bit gimicky, but it turns out that it really works. Highly Recommend.

No instructions came with it. Would be nice to know all the 'how-tos' for massages.
