If only I had purchased these Years Ago! I wiped them off and put them in the dishwasher. Super clean. Chicken with skin does not stick. Marvelous invention.

I needed more room in my roasting pan than provided by the slanted rack that came with it. These racks fit, held up the game hens, and cleaned up really easily.
