Created extra rolls on the waist
I'm around a size 10- 12 and have worn hold in knickers before.I purchased the medium size which offered some control support in the stomach area but for me, they came up too low on the waist and with such a thick waistband, it kind of cut me up and made my side rolls worse and stick out over the thick waistband.My thinner pair don't do the same thing and the issue with these is unless you are very slim on the waist , the height is just set in the wrong place to be comfortable or flattering.I feel that if the waistband wasn't so chunky and tight then it wouldnt squash the fat out the sides (for the record, I don't have a lot of fat on my sides - just the normal amount!) but then if I went for a size up, they would be baggier on me.You can see in the sellers image that the person wearing them is tiny and the waist seems to come up a lot higher on them than on me..perhaps I'm just curvier 🤔
