This fits like a glove on my teeth and it's almost like it locks into place. The one that the dentist fitted was $380. It didn't fit right and it always seemed to leave residue in my mouth from grinding. Next mouth guard he wanted to charge $450 didn't buy it. Skip the dentist mouth guards and buy this one! They are much better and cost effective.

It never molded much against my teeth. It's way too big and there's no way I'd try to leave it in overnight at this point. The company did give me a full refund, which was nice.

I have tried every brand of mouth guard under the sun because I’ve been grinding my teeth at night since I was a toddler. Typically, I wake up and they’re somewhere else (not sure what I am doing but when I use this one, it is on my mouth in the morning. )I am pleased with this one. It molds very easily and very well. I like that 2 of them are in there.My small gripe is that it isn’t very comfortable on my gums. The quality is good and it stays on there but it just isn’t quite comfortable. I’d say try it out, your experience may differ.

I’ve bought several types of these to help with teeth grinding at night. I wasted my money on all until this purchase! It’s very comfortable, easy instructions on how to get a good fit! 10/10 recommend this product!!

I followed the instructions, tried to mold the two pieces in package to make them fit, but wasn't able to. The side of the guard fell quickly after been retrieved outside of the microwave, and would remain folded after being put into my mouth. The other piece seems to be a success after being molded, but after the night guard cools down, it shrinks and became too tight. The end result is that it hurts my gum and teeth badly after a few hours wearing. Nice idea but not practical materials.

Easy to form and use. Works like they said it would. I would definitely recommend this.

I was surprised to see how thick the plastic was, it looks like a sports mouthguard. The instructions on how to mold it are very helpful and clear. the mouthguard itself does not get as hot as the paper towels. After molding it and all I had to trim the edges, it was hard to do with a knife or scissors and I was left with a sort of jagged edge. I decided to try to fit it again and thin out the edges and make them more comfortable. It does squish to be thinner but it takes a lot of work to get it there, its not going to be as thin as an aligner retainer. Overall I wish it started out thinner and I could more comfortably have it in my mouth while sleeping.
