Best purchase I've made in a LONG time.
I'm in Chicago, IL. So our summers only last a few months.Last year I went Paddleboarding a few times. I rented my Paddleboard at our nearest beach. But I decided I REALLY want to enjoy this summer. So wanted my own Paddleboard. I live in an one bedroom apartment. So space is limited.I figured this was a smart work-around.I got my Paddleboard on Saturday and took it out today. It was hot out.And the Paddleboard was PERFECT. Super solid, easy to assemble and break down.I had a phenomenal day. I wish I would've made this purchase years ago.I literally can't wait to get back out there.I Love this damn thing!..It's my new favorite toy.

Great Board with Fantastic Customer Service
After doing a lot of research in 2023, I bought a Cashew NiceWave board because I felt it was the most cost effective SUP that I could find that had all of the features I wanted (kayak attachment points, replaceable side fins, go-pro mount, elastic netting in the front and back, paddle with kayak attachment). I used it every week in the summer and fall of 2023 and have been very happy with my purchase. So much so, that I ended up buying my girlfriend a Ink NiceWave SUP for the 2024 paddle boarding season. Unfortunately, her board arrived with a slow leak that made us uncomfortable using it. I sent an email to the NiceWave customer service team and they responded immediately and offered a resolution within 12 hours of my initial email.I do wish the handle was placed so the board was balanced better when carrying it (it tilts backwards when being carried), but that's literally the only point of improvement I could find. Overall, I'd recommend this SUP to anyone as I think it's a good product with a very responsive and helpful company behind it.

Broken hole on pump
I received the package and discovered that the red plug was not able to be inserted into the designated hole because the hole appears to be broken. Since a working pump is necessary to pump the paddleboard; unfortunately, I will have to return the entire package for a full refund. Also the paddleboard does not fit in the backpack provided. I need it to be able to carry the paddleboard.

Returned
The bag is too small. The product images say they will send you another bag if you think it’s too small, but this is not true when purchasing through Amazon. I tried to go through support to get the larger bag and was not able to talk to anyone.I also could not get the paddle to fit together. One side fit into the handle but both sides do not fit together to make a double sided paddle. The board its self seems fine. I inflated it and seems ok.

So fun.
This paddle board is well-made and durable. It is easy to inflate and pack back up. It is sturdy and stable. The fin has the same issue as another brand I have, it feels flimsy so be careful when installing it to prevent breakage. I love the color. I have back problems so I can't use it long standing up. We live on a lake and use them to just paddle around seated with our pups on the front. My Review Criteria: I do not review anything that I don't want/need for my own personal use and I have enough knowledge about it to provide accurate and useful details. I do tell it like it is and I am not influenced to provide feedback that isn't based on facts or my own experience. Therefore you can trust my unbiased review as if I were a friend looking out for your best interest and that of your hard-earned money.

Extremely well built paddleboard!
I got this to learn to paddleboard and compared it to another I purchased at the same time. This one was priced higher, and I was curious to see what kind of differences there were. They are both the same size, but this one is built much more robustly with some obvious differences. It is stronger and heavier, and while I had no way to measure, it seemed much thicker than the less expensive model. It arrived very well packaged and protected with plastic wrap. I unpacked it and noticed immediately that the pump was made of steel instead of plastic like the one that came with the less expensive board. The pump was also double action, so it pumped air in the board with both up and down strokes and was much easier and faster to pump up. I switched to single action when I got to about 7 psi, and easily got it to about 13 psi before I stopped. The fins were also much easier to install, and the retainers were tethered so they would not be lost as compared to being loose like the other one. The fins were also much larger, and although I did not notice much difference when in use, it was because the lake I was on had a very smooth surface at the time. I am sure they would make more of a difference when choppy. The paddle was also stronger, and while there was not too much difference, it was heavier weight wise even though both were steel. This board also came with a nice dry bag that worked very well for storing things while on the water. Both boards were very stable, and I was able to get up without difficulty, and being a novice, I was not able to sense much difference between the two in the calm lake where I was learning. I did notice that the shape of this board was better, the other one bowed a bit in the back, which made this one perhaps faster.I wish the storage bag was a bit larger though, it was difficult to stow everything in it, and gave up leaving just the board in when I was done. The only other thing to be aware of is that when carrying the board while inflated, the handle is not at the center of gravity, making it more difficult to carry unless you get some optional straps to assist. Both boards worked well for me, but I feel more secure with the heavier build of this model, and I feel that the difference in price is worth the extra quality received.
