My daughter os a gymnast and had Severs. The x brace has been recommended for her condition. She does not like the feel of it but did say that it does somewhat helps.

My daughter was having a pain in her heel area especially after a long rehearsal and dance classes. Because of the pain, she thought about taking a break from her dance and theater. I researched and found out about X Brace. We gave it a try. My daughter was skeptical about this...but first day she already felt the difference. Now she wears it all the time and not complaining about the pain! It's working for her! Thank you so much!

The heel strap keeps slipping off, even with the silicone strip. For the short time it doesn't slip, it's still not helpful to me.

Supports my arch when I cannot wear my orthotic inserts so I can get relief when I wear sandals. Also, it is a huge help in my yoga class. The back straps were falling off some so I removed the stitching and keep the main sleeve on. Not a product design flaw, just a necessary adjustment for me personally.

When I received the braces I was excited. Was so in need of a solution for my plantar fasciitis issue! I put both braces on and they were comfortable, however they never stayed on the heels of my feet. Walking, standing or laying down. Also, after a few days of wearing the braces, the rubber on the inside began to fall off. Was very disappointed in this product.

Got this for my son that plans competition soccer and runs track. He got to the point he could hardly walk somedays. Once he started wearing these the pain went away and he said they are very comfortable

I tried this for my plantar fasciitis after several months of therapy and endless hours devoted to having my foot taped. I'd say it's about 90% as effective as taping.....and about 500% more convenient! I use a gel heel cup, too, and the combination at least let's me be on my feet and moving around.
