ALFAY DESIGNS Mighty Mug (Cream)

The Mighty Mug performs exactly as advertised; although lifting it up straight up takes a little bit of getting used to.No, this is to discuss their superlative customer service. I dropped my mug onto the floor, maybe two or three years after I first got it. And it cracked. So I went to their website and discovered that my model mug was no longer available and that the mug is guaranteed for life. So I called them up on the phone.And discovered that they could replace my mug if I simply returned the broken mug to them. So I did so. 2-3 weeks later a new mug appeared "in" my mailbox.Now *that's* customer service!

This thing works as designed. Once set on my glass desktop it does not tip over no matter how hard I knock it. Great product.

VERY, VERY disappointed. This $40.00 mug doesn't stay put at all. It worked slightly (only when completely full) the first day. Once I washed it, it has never worked again. Do not waste your money. The idea is great, but for this price, I expect something other than a standard mug with a lid. As an avid coffee drinker, I would be a great advocate for this product if it worked, but sadly I cannot recommend this mug.

The drink hole stays open, how does the coffee stay hot? Thought was really strange that it does not close.

Have had three other Mighty Mugs that worked great. This design, however, is different than the travel mugs, and the base never really worked. This one always tipped over.

I like a lot! Just don't forget to clean the surface, because it will absorb by the bottom of the mighty mug and be disabble to arrange to the surface.

Disappointed in the delivery of the product. I wanted my usual easy prime purchase, but the color I ordered was Cream, and, while the box pictured a cream colore d mug, it enclosed a silver/chrome color, my least favorite color. It was a small purchase and some may have just not bothered with all the hassle of returning it, but I want what I want. Cream, not something being passed off as Cream. Not Amazon's fault, but one of their partners.

The travel mug is much better. This needs improvement.

デスク業務の際に、できるだけ給湯室にいく回数を減らしつつ、水分はたくさんとりたい！と思い購入しました。だんだんと吸着力が降りてくるので、使って１ヶ月も経つと、ただの大きなマグになってしまいました……。水分はガブ飲みできるので便利です。来客の打ち合わせの際にこれを持っていくと、あまりの大きさに打ち合わせ相手にとても驚かれることが多かったです。

レンジ対応していて保温できるマグがほしいという名目で購入ホットミルクをよく飲むのですが一時間くらいでぬるくなります（温めたときの温度はおそらく65度くらい）あとは大きいので電子レンジに入るかどうかですね！

保温性は良いのだは、洗浄の際に外カバーと本体の間に水が入り抜けないため、新たに飲み物を飲もうとすると隙間の水が垂れてデスクを濡らしてしまう。

倒れにくいというので、購入しましたがまずまずの製品と思います。ちょっとごつい感じがするところはどうかな？・・・

飲み口のふたの幅がおおきすぎた　お手入れの説明書を見やすくしてほしい
