Comfy and good quality
I've used these fins for a while now and love them. They're comfortable and fit well. I wear a size 12 shoe and the large size fits nice. I ordered a 2nd pair for my wife (size S) and she wears a size 8 shoe, and hers fit well also.

Not really for bodyboarding or bodysurfing
Nice quality fins for swim practice I suppose but they're too small and flexible for serious bodyboarding or bodysurfing. Size medium seems accurate.

Like a good pair of Italian shoes
Soft silicon feel with flexible design. They don't float, but since I'm not using them for bodysurfing, no problem. However, ber careful if you are changing fins in the deep end. If you're worried about breaking a strap, be sure to insert foot completely, then pull strap. I'd buy again if my pair doesn't outlast me.

Comfortable
I was unable to swim for many years due to shoulder problems. I am elderly and I wante to swim again, since this is my favorite form of exercise the fins are small, light-weight and comfortable. They. Greatly enhanced the strength in my legs, and proved to be important to returning to a sport that I love.

Good flexibility; run a bit small
I was concerned that the silicone would be too flexible but they did give my legs a good workout. Going back because they're too small :(. According to their sizing, a small fits women 7 1/2 - 9, so they should be fine for me. I have wide feet and typically wear a 7 1/2 to 8.
