This Shilajit resin is a very good product. Care was taken in the packaging. Upon opening it is like unwrapping a very special gift, which I believe it most certainly is, if you are aware of the benefits.The exquisite packaging also includes a small spoon to measure out a pea sized portion for your convenience, along with a bit of history and benefits.This one is a winner.I absolutely highly recommend it.

I ordered the same product in January and it came beautifully packaged and the resin was nice and thick and you could tell it was quality and it didn’t taste bad at all. If you don’t mind how it taste in the first place. I just re-ordered it and it was considerably cheaper at five dollars a bottle versus the original 18. I did question the seller and they said it was just because they changed their packaging but when I received the product and tried it, it was extremely watery and the taste was absolutely rancid. Do not recommend buying from this company at all!

I’ve struggled with sleep my entire life and menopause has only made it worse. I’m lucky if I get two to four hours a night, so I was excited to try this after hearing good things about shilajit. Honestly, I wasn’t expecting much, but I was blown away by how well it worked. The last two nights, I’ve been able to get five to six hours of sleep, which is a huge improvement for me. It’s affordable, easy to take, and actually made a difference in my sleep quality. Hopefully, it works for you too, but if it doesn’t, at least you’re not out a ton of money, and maybe someone else in your family can benefit from it. Either way, it’s definitely worth a try if you’re struggling with sleep.

Things that I like about this Shilajit:- The thought of taking in a supplement that has ingredients that no other herbal supplement hasTo people who are not familiar with it, Shilajit is a mineral-rich resin, traditionally used in Ayurvedic medicine, with potential health benefits like improved energy, reduced inflammation, and enhanced fertility. It is also believed to be an adaptogen, helping the body cope with stress. Some people report added energy, reduce morning sleepiness, better night sleep, muscle recovery, brain function, etc. There is A LOT it seems like this is some kind of superfood.- This has a smoother dripping consistency compared to some other Shilajit products that are even thicker in consistency (more like black coarse grease). (I'm not sure if that means better refined quality, or less-saturated-therefore-less-potent?)Things I did not like:- The moment I opened the bottle, it looked like it is the darkest engine oil buildup you could imagine, and smelled putrid I almost vomited. My curious self tried it by dipping the tip of the included tiny metal spoon (which is the part I like) and put it directly in my tongue. It has a weird bitter taste with a strong whiff of sneeze (yes, that horrid). I guess this is why the most common method is steeping it in a cup of warm or hot water and leave it until everything dissolves.Verdict:Because of the nauseating sensory experience, I don't think this is for me. Just a personal preference.This does not mean that the product is no good and the experience can vary from person to person. You can try it for yourself and give your own judgment but this review is about my experience only.

This product is very high quality and you can tell this company takes pride in their product. Even the packaging is really nice. The product is awesome and it’s the pure thick resin form. Other brands advertise pure and they are either runny like water or powder form the thick resin like this one is the strongest and the king you want for best results. I will definitely be keeping this in stock at my house.

It's interesting that (to me) the most interesting thing about this product was the included booklet that gives a fascinating history of Shilajit, as well as many recipes for it's use. Additionally, it instructs you on how to properly take your Shilajit resin.This is a good product, albeit a smaller (20g) jar. It's also relatively low in potency, at 400mg per serving. Typically I expect Shilajit resin to be in the 600mg-1000mg range. It's got a good flavor, and has no notes of solvent as others often do.Overall, not a bad product. It's a good value at this price, and is clearly one of the lowest cost pure Shilajit resin offerings.

My husband loved it, he feels energetic and more active, the flavor is a little strong but I think it's the original, good prices, it comes with a bottle but I'm going to order another one from the same seller, he feels with better color in his face since he works at night and needed something like this to supplement his vitamins.
