Does a great job. Good to have extra batteries.

The machine started out fine but after two months parts started to break.Called last month and waited 30 minutes and promised that replacement part under warranty would arrive in 7- 10 business days. NEVER ARRIVEDCalled Greenworks on 5/22/2018, waited 45 minutes on hold to be told the "system was down".SENT a message via FB Messenger, they reply 24 hours later just to say Hi, no one responded to my reply.NEVER AGAIN would I purchase this product.

I used it for the first time yesterday and was very satisfied with how it cut. Could not tell difference between Gas saw and this battery saw.At 77 years old not have to pull to start the gas engine makes a big difference .It cut as well as my older gas saw.I would recommend this saw to any one.
