I love the pink/neutral color and the fact that it's clearly a natural piece of marble. I needed my iPhone to take the pictures, so I used my old Motorola Droid to show how cell phones fit into the chiseled "groove". The groove is carved with a slight angle. This tilt helps you to use and see the phone more effectively. It's a solid piece, kind of like a paperweight, and very smooth except the edges on one side were rough (see pic). I plan to sand that down because I think I might forget about the snaggled edges and accidently scratch my phone. For that, I took off a star because otherwise, it would be a perfect little stand. Note that the striations you see are not cracks; they are natural to the marble. There are also countertop/furniture no-slide protectors on the bottom of the stand that are firmly affixed. The stand measures 3" in diameter and is 1 3/8" high. I really like it - I think it could easily fit anywhere!
