Supportive
I bought 2 pairs of these and don't walk anywhere without them in my shoes! These insoles are true to size, very supportive and made of good quality materials. I've had them over a month, use them daily while walking about 8-10 miles a day, I'm an RN. They have not sagged or torn or even shown any signs of wear in the time I've had them. I had bunion surgery and the pain relief has been epic with these insoles. My hair is more stable and I can walk longer distances with these insoles in my shoes. Great purchase!

Insoles
Got 2 pair in one box. One pair for running and other for walking. Pain was relieved by 1/2 immediately. Wore all day and took about 2 weeks to full heal. Very comfortable. Fit Nikes perfectly. Amazing!

Great insole.
Really happy with these insoles. I have plantar fasciitis and these stabilize my poor foot with arch support.

Squeaks
They squeak when I walk after wearing a few weeks. Comfortable, but the noise drives me crazy.

supportive insoles with high arch support
Was surprised to find that this includes two sets of insoles for the price of a single brand name insole. The nylon one is much softer and more forgiving but the TPU is nice and solid and reminds me of another brand of "Super" insoles that are very rigid and provide firm support, but seemed to wear out rather quickly. We just bought new womens sized shoes for one of my tweens and she said the shoe was very comfortable but that her arches started to hurt after a while. For several years now, I've been adding high arch support insoles to my Asics Kayano's and other shoes to help with arch pain for walks and standing and they've seemed to help. So I decided to try they Nylon pair with her shoes and she said that her feet didn't hurt after we walked 2-3 miles on pavement. Typically, she would be complaining about aching after the first 1.5 to 2 miles so this seems to be an improvement.I haven't tried the TPU insoles with her yet, but I'm not sure the lack of flexibility is what her arch needs at the moment.I mistakenly removed both insoles from the bags they came with and there are no markings that indicate which is TPU and which is Nylon on the insole themselves. However, if you flex the arches of the different patterned insoles, the softer one is Nylon while the firmer one is TPU.
