Q: Not holding a charge...what are my options for warranty..less than 3 months usage

Mine barely ground once. I’d warn you away.

Q: Where can I find additional jars? The previous answers return no results now.

I couldn't find any with the magnets, so I bought a stash box with glass jars included.

Q: Does this gum up quick when your putting sticky icky nugs in it?

Mine didnt gum up but i had problems with charging...better to get an electric one. Theres a real good one on Amazon.

Q: Are extra glass jars (with lids) available?

One extra glass jar is included with screw on lid (one total lid) with two skinny plastic flip-top lid. It includes usb cable. The item is easy to use and well worth the money compared to others.
