Excellent tool for new artists to make their figures not look . . . odd
When I first started out drawing figures, I couldn't get the positions right. With these manikins, I have a lot easier time of making more realistic poses. It doesn't make me a better artist, but it is an improvement. The two sizes are helpful for different scales or showing a young child with an adult.The positions hold really well, and are almost realistic. My test for these is how they salute. It's close, but my TI would certainly apply corrective . . . measures.

the bigger one is "top heavy"
these were great for my daughter to use as she draws/sketches a lot of manga art. this comes with 2 sizes. a bigger one that seems to be "top heavy" so it will tip over if not leaning up against something. And the metal post that is connecting the body from the post detaches from the post. The smaller figure is the better of the two.
