Made a huge difference on my vintage tile grout. Used a magic eraser with it.

I've tried cleaning my grout before with a manual brush vs an electric, and using generic soaps and diluted vinegars which seem to do the job for the most part.After using this Zep cleaner, it does seem like it makes the cleaning much easier compared to some other soaps. I try to avoid heavier cleaner such as bleach because of the fumes/smell, which Zep does a good job of not really having. This might require multiple cleanings for dirtier grout, but this product is pretty effective overall.

I tend to use a lot of Zeps products since they do all seem to work well. I really like the foaming action of it. For some reason that makes me feel as though I’m getting a better clean. I seems to work like it’s supposed to. My grout and tile are not too dirty to begin with so I just use this to keep it that way and it’s staying like that.

This is called a cleaner and protector, so far I've only noticed it cleaning not really doing any protection. The grout and tile in my shower gets dirty the same as it always has prior to using this

I know some people who swear by Zep cleansers and I'm one of those weirdos that likes cleaning and actually seeing the effect certain products have. My bathroom has large block white tile walls and white grout. Unfortunately, the grout has been slowly yellowing, partially because I believe the contractors used the wrong grout, and it could also partially be mildew slowly coming up. Regardless, I normally use comet, or scrubbing bubbles to help maintain it, and I want to see if Zep makes a big difference since it's also a protectant to help prevent liquid and soil absorption. Anyways, after my warm shower, I sprayed down half of the bathroom wall, let it sit for 2-3 minutes, scrubbed and rinsed. The big thing I noticed was the shine, the tile looked super clean. As far as the grout goes, it knocked down maybe 60% of the yellowing and lightened the white silicone seal a bit. I feel like treatment may go better if the surface wasn't already wet so I'll do a couple of more treatments and see if it makes a difference over time. Regardless, the smell is pleasant, and that fresh morning dew type scent I prefer, and it's an easy, and quick enough treatment to be able to maintain.

Zep is one of my favorite cleaning product brand. These came in a bottle of 2. The instruction says to directly spray on it. I sprayed on it and waited 10 minutes. The tiles became very clean and shiny, free of all water stain. However in terms of grout, it didn't clean it fully. Admit the fact that these grouts are pretty old so I may need to repeat the process few more time to get it out completely but It certainly made a difference. Overall I am happy with this and will purchase again.

A family member had a scrape on her arm, and had dripped blood on the floor. No, not on the big black tiles, but on the light grey grout. Sadly, I hadn't noticed this for a couple of days. No chance I'm getting that out.... But then this Zep grout cleaner arrived, and I thought it was worth trying out. I sprayed the grout, scrubbed it into the grout with a brush for a few seconds, then went off to clean the rest of the bathroom.I returned to the area in about 5 minutes, scrubbed a few more times, then rinsed off the grout. I wish I had taken before and after photos - you literally can't even see where the blood had been!! I'm sold!
