Defective item Mila, agr timely service provide hoti to bhi accepted hota but poora 1 month beet gya abhi tk na to service center aur na hi amazon se ko help mili,Dear friends agr speaker lena ho to wo chinese wale 1500-10000 tk ki range me kharidna sahi hai but kewal Japanese company dekh kr kharid kr dhokha mat khana.Poora Paisa bekar. Ab yha amazon wale kahte hain ki Akai wale replacement krenge aur Akai wale kewal 48-72 Hrs ka me resolve hone ka naam lete hain. Aise krte karte 1 month poore ho gye. 11 Dec 24 ko product mila usi din first time complaint krwaya but Aaj 11 Jan 25 tk. Na koi solution mila na hi proper response.

Good sound output for the price. Supplied mic seems a bit fragile.
The system is good and vfm. However, instructions to connect the supplied mic were vague. On contacting Akai service centre on Saturday and registering a complaint for assistance, self has not yet got a call back. But managed to connect the mic to the system on our own.
