I didn’t have high hopes as a bigger girl but this adjusts with lots of wiggle room.Its easy to adjust and a beautiful bright pink colour which makes me want to wear it while riding my bike.Highly visible as seen with a camera flash.Amazing price point as well I would buy again in a heartbeat.

no way 54" waist would work
Had one of these from 15 years ago and it adjusted very large while I'm sure it will stretch to 54 it will be very uncomfortable Im 38 and its not comfortable If you are going to buy go to ebay and get the same thing from china for $3
