Fits my 2023 Ford lightning perfectly without having to drill/modify anything which is what I was looking for. Easy to install following the video/printed instructions, although it's nice to have a second set of hands for some of the bolt tightening. I like that this unit leaves half my console still useable for other items. I also like that the coin tray slides over top of the safe obscuring it from view a bit but giving easy access to the empty half of the console. IMHO, all of these console safes provide a solid deterrent to children or a casual/rushed thief but any real thief is going to pry this or any other safe right out . . . even the "drilled in" safes are only anchored by plastic and are little challenge for a real thief--for this reason I'm happy with this safe that requires no drilling/etc to install--if a thief tries to pull this out he'll have to destroy the center console--same as any of the drilled-in units. I'm happy with this purchase

Fits my vehicle perfectly well (2024 F150). The instructions say "panels' in stead of "panel" and made me wonder for a few seconds whether I was missing a piece. But otherwise the instructions are simple enough to follow. Only hiccup has been that a 9 mm tool was provided for a 10 mm job. But there are stores near me that carry that sort of thing.

In looking for safes for my 2023 Ford Lightening I wanted something that didn’t take up the entire center console and didn’t require drilling into the console. This safe matched everything. Definitely not easy to install. Had to get a second pair of hands due to the small space and angle needed to fasten some of the screws. If you have a small 90 degree drill, use it. Once installed the thing has been great. Not the greatest safe but it does the job of keeping my firearms away from the kids and it would take some time to pry it out of someone did break into my truck

Loved the product, instructions are terrible and the installation was quirkie, but once I figured it out it fit and is just what I was looking for. A few things that would make it better are lights inside, better installation. Instructions, better ways to do up the nuts and bolts.
