This is a fantastic knife, (also bought the 8" chef knife) been a chef for many years and this is truely one of the best knives I have used (and I've used a lot!!). If you are in the market for a quality Damascus steel knife, buy this!!Customer service is extremely efficient too, had a small problem with one of the knives and a perfect replacement was sent the next day.

I’m very excited when I received this knife,it’s really awesome knife.It’s in very good price and worth every penny you pay,you definitly deserve once you bought it.They are beautiful precision crafted, well balanced and comfortable to hold, the razor sharp blade cuts easily through all meat and vegetables. I get a thrill each time I use them, what was once a chore with my old knives is now a pleasure. A chopping board is a must and take great care when washing them after use. This is a fantastic knife! Wasn't sure what to expect, but now looking to buy more in this range! Great weight, very sharp as you'd hope, looks stylish and easy to use. I have quite big hands and was really pleased with the handle. I found the handle didn't stop short pressing into the edge of my hand and was great to hold. Also came in a really nice presentation box.

Superbly balanced, reasonably sharp on delivery. Nicely packed and an absolute joy to use. Looks like a piece of art as well.

Not the sharpest knife out of the box. Haven’t yet had the opportunity to sharpen so might improve. Looks nice but doesn’t slice nice!
