The pillows have a nice firmness that provides excellent support, which I really appreciate. The ventilated design and cooling washable cover keep me comfortable throughout the night, preventing overheating. Although the profile is a bit low for my preference, the overall comfort and quality are impressive. I use the pair stacked when reading in bed and feel they are very supportive but when sleeping I find my head is resting a bit low when on my side but nicely supported when sleeping on my back.

I have waisted my money on these pillows that have “zero” cooling effect

First let me say that there is a smell when you open these. I let them sit out for about 3 days and they smell was gone. These are nice pillows and comparable to other memory foam pillows. For me they work well for when I sleep on my back but not as comfortable when I sleep on my side. I tend to sleep on my back so not as big a deal. They are as described and at a great price so 4 stars.

I received my QUTOOL Memory Foam Pillows yesterday afternoon. Like most foam products these days, they arrived very tightly compressed and were very well packaged. I tried to allow them 24 hours to reach their ultimate size but I only held out for about 6 hours. They certainly seems fully expanded and last night I slept on one of the pair.Very happy with these pillows! I am a side sleeper and, to be honest, I'm pretty particular when it comes to finding the "right" pillow. I've never wanted to buy one online, preferring to select one in person. But, in this instance, the QUTOOL Memory Foam Pillows are a great match for me. It felt cool all night. I liked that it is much lighter weight than my old memory foam pillow I've been sleeping on for years. My head and neck felt fully and properly supported all night and I noticed that it only takes a couple of seconds for the pillow to regain its original shape. One side is supposedly cooler than the other but, frankly, I didn't notice a difference last night. Seemed cool all night long.All in all, these are great pillows and I recommend you give them a try.

These pillows come compressed and once opened, they need a day or so to get to their proper size. I used mine last night and was quite happy. I was able to move around without my head and spine being uncomfortable. I did find it a little hard to get used to sleeping on my side and woke with a stiff neck. I'm not sure if that was me or due to the pillow. I do find it comfortable to lay on and the pillows do return to their normal size if I put my head in a different spot. I don't find the pillow to sink too low or to be stiff. It really is a good balance over all. The other nice thing is even though I don't understand the cooling technology, I didn't find myself getting overheated like I normally do, so I do believe they work like they state. This is a great set and worth the money.

Opened package and the smell from the pillow was terrible!!!! Removed pillow case to wash it and put pillow up to see if airing it out with help. Can’t sleep with that smell!!!!
