This ring is a very valuable source of health information for my wife
My wife needs to keep tabs on her blood oxygen level in real time, 24/7. So the commonly available units that you put on your finger to momentarily check are nice for a momentary check. But she needs to always know, and more importantly, to be alerted when it drops. This unit works very well. She sets the percentage below which she wants to be alerted, and when it falls below that level, the ring will either audibly or just with a vibration. She always uses just the vibration so it doesn’t disturb those around her, like in meetings for example. In addition it connects with an app on her phone, so it records the activity, and she can print the results. That is particularly nice so when she sees her pulmonary doctor, they can see the results as well, and make recommendations based on them. The only con we’ve ever seen is the band on the earlier versions would often break, and the ring might fall off and get lost. The vendor has aid the band material has been improved, so that should no longer be a problem. Hopefully that is the case, but in any case, this ring is a very valuable source of health information for my wife.

I wish I had seen a review like this before buying this. - UPDATED
I bought this ring four months ago. It worked for the first few months, but as time went on the low oxygen warnings became more and more frequent. I have checked my sp02 with a regular oximeter and the difference was over ten points or more. The flexible part of the ring has become stretched out over time and the ring has became more and more loose on my finger. It is now to the point the ring is completely inaccurate especially while I am sleeping.Tech support for this company is only through email. And so I had to wait for a reply from them each step of our conversation. Their fix for the problem was to tell me this (I am cutting and pasting the text from the email)."Hello customer.Thank you for your information. This device has a fixed finger ring size.If the finger ring size is too large, you can try gluing the elastic section with a piece of string or tape."I have since replied to them and told them using string doesn't work, but they have ghosted me and no longer reply to my emails.Hopefully this experience helps others from making the same mistake about this product that I made. If I could give this product zero stars I would gladly do so, not overly for the product, but for the customer service.UPDATE: Customer Service reached out after review and apologized for misunderstanding and replaced the ring.

Well worth the money!
After having medical issues, I was trying to figure out what was wrong with me. One possibility is my blood pressure, so I check that daily. The other was the oxygen in my blood. Since it only happens at night, my doctor said that may be an issue. So I got this ring. This was one of the higher rated rings and I got it on sale before Christmas.I've worn it every night since then. Every morning I download a JPG (the only option) of the previous night's sleep. It really helps keep track of my oxygen at night. It is set to vibrate when my oxygen level drops below 85. The first couple of nights it woke me right up. I changed positions, took deep breaths, then went back to sleep. Now I hardly notice it buzzing, but I do shift positions and breath deeper. I have noticed that my blood Oxygen doesn't drop below 85 as much now. The band is tight, but not too tight.Yes, the red light stays on when the ring is on. You get used to it. I was afraid it would keep my wife awake, but she doesn't even notice. It turns on, starts reading, then turns the screen off. You don't have the screen on all the time. It is a bit bigger than an average ring, but it doesn't bother me most of the time. I have worn it during the day and you just have to be careful with it. No slinging your hand around or getting it wet. I don't know if it will hurt it, but it costs too much to replace easily.

Great equipment. Can use some improvement.
I purchased this ring because I caregive for my mother and wanted something that allows me to monitor her oxygen levels as she is prone to her lungs collapsing. The ring has great features in the app that allows you to view oxygen levels and heart BPM., however you must be connected on Bluetooth near the device in order for it to work. So I can not monitor my mom’s oxygen levels if I am away from home because it’s not in range of Bluetooth. Also the device itself has a great feature of giving a notification if oxygen or BPM drop or exceed a certain number (you can set in app). One flaw this has is it constantly is disconnecting from Bluetooth. For something I paid over $200 for it fairly disappointed that it constantly disconnects. The ring has great intentions but if it’s constantly disconnecting from Bluetooth (while in range) it can have room for improvement.UPDATED REVIEW: I purchased this ring on February 8th. It is March 24th and the ring no longer works/charges. $200 gone to the garbage.

Great peace of mind!
The media could not be loaded. Pros:- 3 nights between charges- App is easy to use and understand- Comfortable enough to wear- Can adjust the ranges of your pulse and o2- Will vibrate and sound an alarm, which are also adjustable in the app, if your readings fall below or above the ranges.- Results are available in the app within minutes of taking the device off.Cons:- I wish the band was adjustable.A bit pricey but for the peace of mind it gives it is well worth the money.
