HydroActive™ Molecular Hydrogen Energy and Recovery Supplement from Biological Essentials® (30 Individually Wrapped Capsules)

I stumbled across Hydrogen water after a particularly harsh physical therapy session of cupping and needling— I one of those who feels achey and like they have the flu after a massage and the same thing happens after PT. I was doing this 2 times a week and driving home for 20 minutes ready to crawl in bed for the rest of the day. I always drink lots of water after but it doesn’t seem to help. After a particularly painful session (all due to a very bad high speed car accident with a semi) I already felt like I had the flu so I stopped by a Kroger across the street to pick up extra water- they had hydrogen recovery water on sale so I grabbed 3 and slammed them. By the time I got home I no longer felt achey or like I had the flu. Just a little tired- AMAZING- I was SHOCKED! I started buying cases of the stuff, hoarding it. Then I needed something more portable than bags of water and discovered these tabs. We go on trips a lot and this was perfect. I do not really like the flavor at full recommended Dose ratio, so I use a little less, but I usually put 2 tabs in my 32 ounce water bottle and immediately drink half and then a short time later drink the other half. I don’t drink it every day- but I might start... On our travels I have also discovered that if I had a slight headache and stuffiness from drinking a little too much wine the night before- after I drink this I’m back! That alone has me sold. Now I use this for any achey or headache situation. This will always be in my feel good arsenal. I have become quite the pain management specialist on my healing journey over the last year and this is one of my many very helpful tools!!!

These were great. I bought a few of the hydrogen generator machines but was only getting .8 PPM. I tried this tablet in an open jar of water about 12 oz, and I used H2 reagent test drops and got 3.4 PPM. The taste is nice too, not far off from regular carbonated water taste. I will keep these and use them for travel. The website h2sciencesinc[dot]com shows a chart of how much you'd need to drink with PPM, at 2PPM you'd need 1 liter of water a day to get the recommended 2mg of hydrogen. So at 3.4 PPM I'd need to use 3 of these tablets a day and would go through the supply quickly. To use these as my main H2 isn't economical but would be great for travel or keep in your purse for occasional use.

I thought this would be a good deal, but the tabs don't dissolve very fast( like super slow) and the bottle says you can even take the tabs without dissolving them in water, but that isn't a good idea at all. I would say stay away from this product

I have to drink this down as fast as I can, as the taste is strange. I think it is helping remove my brain fog and my memory seems better. I am 71 years old and have been having trouble remembering things which I should be able to remember. I would say give it a try.

The media could not be loaded. Well, this doesn’t dissolve at all. And it seems that the tablet could sit in water forever. The bottle says the tablets could be taken orally. Not sure if it’s safe to do so since everyone is dissolving it in water. Also this cannot be returned.

I love adding Hydroactive to my water because it’s SO easy. I’ve used other hydrogen pills and if I don’t have a perfect sized glass bottle with a top on it to keep it capped while the pills are dissolving I end up not even taking it. I can literally take this whenever I need it no matter where I am. I drink it first thing in the morning since I tend to be up around 6am and right before I exercise. I do not like using caffeine to just get the day started, because it makes me jittery and anxious. This gives me a nice energy boost far more sustainable than coffee. It also improves my mental clarity and gives a subtle uplifting feeling after drinking. This is my favorite brand. I recommend twice a day.

This has been a useful product so far. I'm dealing with systemic inflammation and auto-immunity. This has helped with both. It is on-balance energizing and may improve resilience to stress. It may throw off digestion at times. Dosage is very important. I'm currently taking a QUARTER of a pill daily in the AM. Why? Any more is overkill and throws my body off. There is a lot of hype out there regarding this type of product. Having tried, I now believe some of that hype is merited.
