Stopped working
Stopped working in less than two months. The finger print locking is just not working and does not unlock the door. Don't buy it. This is really bad product with no customer support.

Bad support, looking to cheat customers
Very bad customer support. It's been almost 1 year since I bought the bluetooth model of this lavna la28 lock. Apparently that model has stopped completely. Funnily enough they do not provide services for it, eventhough the product is still in warranty.They are saying the invoice that I got from Amazon does not match with the lock I have. This is a clear case of cheating.The lock as it is is pretty good. But doesn't matter. Seems like they are waiting for my warranty to be over so they can charge me for it

Wifi Unlock stops working
Have used it for a week, and the wifi unlock stopped for after the 2nd day of installation.After 2 weeks, the lock doesn’t work at all.Buy a better model or another company lock!!Do not buy

Disappointed with the Condition of the Product
I recently purchased the Lavna Smart Lock, but unfortunately, I am very disappointed with the condition in which it arrived. The lock had numerous scratches and looked used, which is unacceptable for a new product.
