Solid baskets and everything you need to get started
I don't bake as much as I used to, but I still like to make fresh bread sometimes, especially after a long weekend. I'm definitely not a novice baker, but if I was, I would definitely want to pick up a set like this. I really like these baskets. They're solid. The couche is okay, but at this price point, you're not likely to find a better one, and it's good enough once you get it worked in properly with some flour and so on. Overall, this is pretty much everything you need to start baking some really nice homemade bread. Pick up a cloche or a large Dutch oven and you're ready to go. For $40, this is definitely worth it!
