A friend of mine from Finland has been espousing the benefits of foam rolling to me for months and I finally gave in just to get her to stop talking about it. Skeptic that I am, I thought ok, give it a try, don’t expect anything and just say it didn’t work for you. I bought the little one (travel size) because it was cheaper and chose the yellow because it was noticeable and I thought I’d more likely see it and be reminded to use it. I have it sitting right by my home office desk. I was right on the yellow; I do see it, and so I’ve successfully noticed it. Step one complete! Last week I started to take little breaks and roll my hips which get tight from sitting. Sitting is the new smoking they say. I expected it to hurt. And it doesn’t hurt except in a really good way. My hips are loosening up, my lower back feel noticeably better, and now … well… I’m hooked on foam rolling. Listen to your Finnish friends. They know their way around self care. Now I want a sauna. Like that it’s made from recyclable material and is good for the planet. It’s firm but soft enough and the wavey sculpting is like a little extra massage. For the record, I’m not quite 5’9” and about 145lbs and I find the little one is fine, but if you wanted a more substantive roll or need more support for your lower back, the full size one might be better. But the little one is just fine and I figure that using it is moreover the benefit than the color or size or price. Amazingly I’m using it and this little thing is awesome. Highly recommend.

This little roller is great for travel as it is lightweight and compact. It will never replace my something like my Rumble Roller obviously, but it is the best thing that I can use when on the road.

Works well, smaller than expected

Arrived the day I was leaving for Disney World. I brought it along on a whim. On the 8 hour car ride I used it for neck and back comfort, and hamstring relief on every stop. Then at Disney where I was walking 20k steps/day i used it on my feet and was able to regain spinal alignment each night after being on my feet all day. I have lumbar scoliosis and I can't begin to tell you what a game changer this is! I've just discovered it's the perfect lumbar support in my office chair too so I'm ordering a second one. LOVE THIS ROLLER!

The size is quite compactI've been using it for over six monthsEverything is greatit's perfect for home stretching or exercises

This is a lot less “giving” than I’d like, and the design of the ribs get uncomfortable quickly. I guess best for active rolling only. Not my thing.

I’m short and petite and this is a good size for me, but I can see how it would be too small of a foam roller for a big guy. My chiropractor recommended one for at home stretching, you do have to get into a groove, but once you figure out what feels best to you it’s a pretty good tool. Good price if you can catch it on a deal!
