Although the chain at first sight appears thin, it is strong and the fastener is secure.Just a small niggle, the strip on which you write your details could be improved as there were sections not relevant to me, such as blood group. But other sections were not large enough, such as the one for a list of medications. Filling in my types of insulin and sliding scale based on gram carbohydrates eaten at a meal was very difficult in the confined space.So I would recommend this talisman based on its design and attractiveness. However if you need to record a long or complex list of medications then this may not be for you.

I bought this for my mum, she loves it. It's good quality and worth every penny.
