Waterpik CC-02 Complete Care 9.5 Oscillating Electric Toothbrush with Water Flosser, White, Medium

I had originally given this a 5 start review but suddenly out of nowhere the fully charged toothbrush stopped working! This just started the day before yesterday and I am miffed. I emailed customer support but haven't received a reply. The weird thing about it is that I had been searching for a medium brush head as the only replacements I could find are all "soft" and I wasn't totally pleased at my last dental visit. BUT I did purchase this specific model because it contained the round brush heads as well as the flosser. No way this toothbrush should have just suddenly quit on me. If I have to buy a separate toothbrush then I could have just bought the flosser and saved myself some money!**UPDATE** - Customer service was great. For those of you who have had an issue only with the toothbrush and not the entire device, the toothbrush can't be replaced but you are covered 2 years under the manufacter's warranty. In my specific case I wrote them an email and they responded in an efficient manner. I needed to supply my name, number, and proof of purchase. They ask how you have been caring for the toothbrush and that was it. Because the toothbrush can't be replaced on this model, they are shipping me a replacement Waterpik Complete Care to me. Note*** This model is no longer being manufactured**. So if you have problems after your return period closes, please do not feel "stuck" with the purchase, reach out to Waterpik if it is within the 2 year purchase period.

Update: I called waterpik customer service after writing this—excellent service! The version with an oscillating brush is being discontinued, as I understand it. They are sending me a replacement with the sonic brush since my unit was still under warranty.…Purchased April 2021 and noticed almost immediately that the brush would stop oscillating for no reason — before and after the 30-second markers designed to help determine how long you’ve been brushing — 3, 4 sometimes 5 times each time I used it. Inconvenient, but I assumed I was inadvertently bumping the power button. Now, the brush has stopped running completely, despite me resetting the outlet and recharging the brush for 12-24 hours. I replaced the brush about two months ago. It was difficult to determine the correct replacement brushes and flossers to buy (at the time, I couldn’t find the replacements that came with original purchase), and was frustrated to see this model is no longer available (not sure if discontinued).Also, it is hard to balance the lid on the water well. It almost always wobbles and falls into the well. Refilling and resetting the well on the unit is frustrating because half the time, I don’t line the base up perfectly with the pump. Seems like they could color-code the chamber to simplify this challenge.On the plus side, dentist reported less tartar buildup at checkup 4 months after I began using it, and the water flosser seems to work really well.

I hate flossing, like I'm sure many of you do, so I finally splurged on this to give it a shot. I definitely use the pick part way more often than I do with flossing, although I'm not sure this is meant to replace flossing so I continue to do all three. It's very convenient to have both the tooth brush and the flosser right next to each other and it couldn't be easier to use. Overall, I wish the water pump was quieter and the brush was a little stronger. It feels a bit weak but they're wonderful at what they do so if you can snag a nice deal on these you won't regret it.

The toothbrush charge lights do not work as the manual describes. The manual says the state of charge is indicated for a few seconds after turning off. It does not. The lights only indicate the charge level WHILE it is charging. Useless to me as I use the toothbrush in one room and the base unit in another. (No convenient electrical outlet) . Can't tell if it needs charging until I put it in the charger. Waterpik sent me another whole unit. That one does the same thing. Even they don't know what is going on.Be careful when adjusting the Waterpik intensity level. I went too high and hurt my tongue, made it bleed.

Purchased apx 8 months ago & use 2xs daily. The brush doesn’t have the same “strength” it had from the beginning as it seems now to barely move ( although it shows it’s charging)The flosser still works ok & has decent water pressure) which is its best feature .. but the cord is wound so tight that I almost knock it over each time I try to put it back in place.It appears that water builds up? & yellowing stains appear fairly frequently so I find that I have to be vigilant about cleaning all the nooks and crannies.Overall, it’s a good flosser /brushing combo vs just having a bulkier hand held one ) I’m on the fence as to whether I would purchase again.

This is my first WaterPik and I'm very pleased with its performance. I watched a "how to use a WaterPik" video on YouTube before purchasing, and I'll admit that I haven't figured out how to use my WaterPik as neatly as the video shows. But I am glad that I purchased it. I also wish it was a bit quieter when using it. I've only traveled once since I purchased it, and I only traveled with the toothbrush and it fit and traveled well in the carrying case that was provided with the WaterPik.

I like this combo unit because having a toothbrush and waterflosser in the same unit saves counter space. I bought this one to replace a solo water flosser unit that my dentist gave me after my dental implant was complete years ago. I prefer this new unit to the old one because of the design and engineering. The on/off buttons are easily placed for comfortable operating which makes it much easier to use the water pik part without getting myself and my bathroom wet! I also like the round shape of the toothbrush head as opposed to brands with oval/ oblong heads because they are easier to maneuver in my mouth for brushing without spraying toothpaste on the mirror, etc. The toothbrush stopped working after only about 5 months but a call to customer service and they are sending me a replacement unit at no charge.

The water pick is awesome and the toothbrush is great, but the motor in it stopped working after 10 months

El producto sólo funcionó de manera adecuada por dos meses, después empezó a fallar en la carga del cepillo eléctrico, ya no duraba lo suficiente para un buen cepillado. En dos semanas más dejo de funcionar por completo. Mucha inversión para dos mese y medio de duración.

La limpieza que deja al utilizarlo está en otro nivel y la sensación es la mejor en la boca, lo malo es la cantidad de accesorios que hay que estar comprando de manera regular.

El cepillo dejo de funcionar a la 2 meses y no he podido hacer válida la garantia, y ahora a la 3 meses después ya no funciona el inyector de agua, en conclusión el aparato con dos funciones ....cepillo e inyector de agua ...en seis meses no funciona nada....no tiren su dinero...
