Typical signs of wear can occur, such as scratches, fading scars etc. This is a natural process and confirms the authenticity of the product. Also, the color of the leather may change over time. When leather oxidises, the color gets darker. Sometimes you can see the differences compared to the original, freshly produced version. Leather products are unique especially due to these properties. For the cleaning, care and maintenance of leather products, only use specialised care products as well as specialized care utensils and adhere strictly to the care products instructions depending on the certain type of leather you would like to take care of. Small spots can be removed with a damp cloth, hereafter allow to dry wet spots on their own - Do not soak in water! Products of high-quality natural leather should be protected from heat and direct sunlight, and should not be soaked in water, as these factors affect the oxidation of the leather and can lead to a change in its appearance. Please avoid excessive contamination or exposure to fats or oils, because stains of this type can be difficult to remove.
