Digital Clock,New Digital Wall Clock with Alarm Clock, Kitchen LED Clock with Electronic Calendar (Black)

It worked great for 2 years. The screen simply fades away now and no information is displayed. I’m trying to locate the seller to see if there is warranty. Any help?

Clock is wonderful except for one thing. It keeps going back and forth between 2 screens. First one ex: Wed. afternoon, June 5, 2019 and then for some reason changes to : It is now Wednesday Afternoon. The first screen is enough. It is kind of annoying having it change. Other then that, I love having a clock I can see in the family room. Update: It is now over the return date and the clock has started to shut down once in a while. I pull the plug and re-plug and then it starts again. It happens a lot, might have to get something else. Too bad Also noticed it says, "Saturday night" when it is after midnight on Friday??? After it was too late to return this clock started to shut down every once in a while and we have to unplug and plug it and it reboots. All of a sudden it is dark. It does this at least once a week.

This clock displays what I want but doesn't have a battery backup. The recipient has alzheimers and will likely unplug it regularly. Lucky it's easy for me to program during my visit.

The price is a little high for what you get. But it's exactly what we wanted.

HelloI received this last August I Purchased it for my mother that has cancer to help her identify the date and time because of all her medication, she has memory loss and this I thought would’ve been a great productUnfortunately as you see By my photos the clock numbers are missing I’ve tried to reset it nothing happens the other problem as you can see by the photo it says no licensing so the screen stays blankI’m looking for help and support from the company but I have no way to To contact themAmazon please help!!!
