I bought these to put in my Xero shoes. I had plantar fasciitis last year and was anxious to get it again. But any shoe that wasn't zero drop made my knees and legs hurt. I found the Xero HFS to be the most comfortable, but there wasn't enough cushion under my feet. I bought these to try and absolutely love them. They have added the right amount of cushion without adding any extra support so my feet can still feel the ground and move the way they need to. Will definitely purchase these for my other pairs of Xeros as well!

I just wanted a flat firm insole! Will order a couple more pairs.

I think it's fine, but I couldn't wear it for a whole work shift because there isn't enough vertical room in my shoe for the insole and my foot. I have unpacked these from the bag they came in and set them out for a full month and they still smell like chemicals. I'm not sure why but I do not feel comfortable using something on my feet with such an odor. I test fit and they are comfortable if you are looking for flat insoles but I believe there is nothing special about them other than the unique odor which is not a plus.

UPDATE OCTOBER 2024I have put over 350 miles on these insoles in my zero drop minimalist shoes and they are still going strong. No tears and still work as new. These have become my EDI (every day insole) in all my shoes as they take the edge off of a thin minimalist shoe sole but do not add excessive cushioning. I still highly recommend these insoles and hope they continue to produce them.I used these insoles to help me transition to zero drop minimalist shoes and they did the job perfectly. I put at least 100 miles on them and they always returned to their original form. I don't need them now that I have strengthened my feet but they were worth every penny to help get me to the finish line.

These inserts feel a little more like they’re meant to save a pair of shoes from getting worn down rather than offering the wearer much support. They are flat and not intended for arch support. They way they help manage pain is by providing shock absorption

Nothing special, they absolutely will flatten and almost bottom out in a shoe
