Cheap!.
The shoes are a little big but since the seller won't pay for postage, on a £12 shoe, it's not worth returning.As for quality, it is fine. I find the sole too hard and the insole is a little too big and compressed too easily to provide support.The upper material is not leather but a mock equivalent. It's hard wearing but can squeak after getting wet. A dusting of dust or talc sorts this though.I have purchased £5.99 heel supports, from another seller, which have failed.The moral is you get what you pay for. I'd spend the extra on a pair of Sketchers etc instead.
