NOT univeral for all boats
Installed on a 18 foot outboard. It could only be installed on port (left) side. Make sure you measure rail distance or platform will drag and cause boat to want do turn until you get onto plane.

I only got two of these plastic pieces when you need 4. Also no instructions

Very good design and materials used
There were no instructions included with the kit. However, installation is relatively easy.All hardware and fasteners needed are included. The platform and mounting rains are very sturdy.
