Quite and puts out a lot of air.
The fan is quite and will run off a usb battery pack or it has an adapter with clips to attach to a battery. It puts out a lot of air. Very pleased with my purchase. It works great in my gazebo.

USB Adapter is dangerous
the fan runs off of 12 volts and it uses a Usb adapter to step up from 5v usb to 12v for the fan, this adapter gets warm at first but over the entire night it becomes dangerously hot and it melted my usb power supply where it plugs in.i dont give it a bad rating because it works flawlessly if you ONLY USE 12v.

Could be better
Fan didn't work and was only 6 inches long. Make sure to read product description. Returned.

Neat product and works for what it cost.
Not as powerful as I had hoped but works great. Would be better with a hard pole or pvc at the top to keep it from moving as much. Use mine outside under our pop up canopy tent. Works decent. Like the battery integration ability but it will eat batteries.
