This training kit has everything I need to workout. As a college athlete, high quality equipment is very important to me and this kit is full of durable and strong equipment. Most of the kits that I have purchased in the past have not included things that this kit does. Worth the money!
This setup gets the job done. The plastic rails are a bit flimsy. As long as your not jumping on the items it will last along time.

Great Agility Package
