Gross Hair, makeup and stickers were attached and removed. Used product
Definitely disappointing and gross. Hair was attached to packaging; I thought no big deal it must be person packaging. Then opened it and makeup inside rim of hat and iron on decals had been removed. Please do product checks before reselling. YUCK!
