Maybe my expectation for this product was too high. I was careful to follow the instructions to a letter because I had such great hope and thought, "this is really going to work," but was gravely let down. I experienced ups and downs in my appetite; whereas the pills suppressed my hunger for a short time, afterwards, I had insatiable cravings and thought I would never get full. I feared gaining weight because of the sudden spikes in my appetite, so I have to make sure there are plenty of healthy snacks (fruit and nuts) in the house.Oh yeah, no weight lost. I've lost NOTHING. I really would like a refund.

Stopped using this product after a while. It really did not help me at all.

Took it for a month, one tablet with water 30 minutes before breakfast and before dinner. Didn't lose any weight and didn't see any change to my energy level. Still exercising and moderately watching what I eat (alternating juicing, Weight Watchers, Hungry Girl) I didn't see any weight loss at all taking this product... not even "water weight". Disappointed.

Helps curb my appetite. Along with exercise I am able to maintain my weight and drop a few pounds at the same time.

I did not see much results with this pure green coffee. I would not buy this product again. Price was reasonable.

I know there have been all sorts of bad press for this, but I've actually had results. I will use it on and off but can easily drop 5 pounds a week. I'm also 22 which may have a lot to do with it. The major downside about it is that I get headaches from the caffeine, so I have to drink a lot more water than normal.

I bought this product because of Dr. Oz's claim of terrific weight loss results. He claimed an average weight loss of 10%. I took it religiously, following the instructions. In one month I lost a big fat zero. Won't buy it again. This product proves once again the old adage, "If it sounds too good to be true, it is."
