Works well with any USB C device, nice packaging fron Apple, good, clear quality
Very good usage quality, the sound is nice and clear still, works with mostly and USB C phone, It is very easy to use, just put it on your headphone jack and plug straight into the USB C port. It is really sturdy and strong, packaging was okay even though mine was covered in stickers, as it was Used Like New.

Perfect upgrade to iPhone ear plugs
Does the job perfectly and interfaces well with the iPhone ear plug cable. Sound is good too.

Good, but a pity it’s needed
Works effectively but it’s still a retrograde move to abolish the headphone jack in the first place.

Nicely made but horribly quiet
I had heard about the extremely quiet output of these but I figured it couldn't be as bad as everyone said it was...Well unfortunately it is. I need to have my phone at almost full volume before these output an enjoyable level of volume through my S12's.Otherwise these seem well made, well packaged, and work out of the box, nice and compact.

This is the Only One To Buy
This works perfectly when connecting headphones to an iPhone with a USB-C connector. It really is worth getting the genuine Apple product in this case. I recently made the mistake of buying one which was "Apple certified" but not actually made by Apple, and it was unusable because the volume was only adjustable in big jumps and impossible to get a comfortable listening level. This one has no such problem, and is only a little more expensive.

Best sound quality and best value!
It is cheaper and better than more expensive versions that I tried from other sellers. There is no hiss at all which is a problem I found with other brands and it was extremely easy to connect my phone to my car stereo using this and the aux cable. It doesn’t feel super strong but as long as you are careful it will last a long time. I had the lightning adapter previously and it had lasted for years and was still going strong. I have no reason to think this one won’t be the same.

No mic support
Does not support microphone input. When apple removed the headphone jack, at least the lightning connector still had a TRRS port, meaning it supported wired headphones with a microphone. For no plausible reason this feature is absent from this product. Moreover, there doesn’t seem to be an apple made usb-c to 3.5mm cable that supports TRRS meaning we are forced to use wireless if we want to have the sound come from a separate mic. Needed this to record audio direct in but it’s useless.
