Had to ahve this fitted by a certified plumber due to the awkward location of my sink/taps. Works as it should, and looks great.

It's a really good product. After 4 years it's still perfect. I love the coating that doesn't show any signs of wear and tear, still looks like new.

We've had this tap installed for 6 months now and it works exactly as you would expect. It feels well made and sturdy in our kitchen and no problems in day-to-day use. The reason for not a 5 star review is the 5 star products needs to be exceptional and this is not a negative review. It may have been our plumber, but the tap struggled with the high water pressure and the flow had to be restricted before reaching the tap.Well made, works as designed and good value.

It's a great-looking tap, it worked very well for a time.I am writing this review 3 years after purchase and -for the last 6 months- the swiveling has not worked.The tap and the base have "become one": when you turn the spout, the whole base rotates.I have tried using WD40 and similar to get it unstuck, to no avail. Last resort may be to pull it apart and see if it can be salvaged, but I expected it to last much, much longer before having to use such drastic measures to have a working tap.

Took a while to install but worth the effort. Really pleased with it.

The tap is fine except the hot water does not come through with any pressure due to the small pipe work in the tap. (Cold is ok as on main pressure)

The tap arrived on time and with no issue. Its build appears to be of prime quality, and very pleasing aesthetically. However I had to return it because too big and heavy to be installed on my own domestic kitchen sink: my plumber strongly advised against installing it claiming it would damage the sink itself in the long run (unfavourable and heavy leverage).

Love the idea, love the look. However when it arrives with multiple scratches (even though the packaging wasn’t damaged) & if you look at the tap head it never sits straight. It retracts in with the weight but isn’t guided into the correct position. It almost feels like I’ve been sent someone else’s return.Please fix this Amazon, didn’t notice the damage until it was fitted and as for the head you can’t tell if it works until the tap is installed which is VERY annoying.
