amazing
you know how you fondly remember the taste of those wild flavours of sweets you had as a kid but then you try them again as an adult and they taste nothing like they used to.well imagine my surprise when i realised these are the exact opposite.these sour watermelon gummies taste exactly like i picture they would from my days as a sweet eating child and they're actually really good.we all know what creatine does and topping up your electrolytes never hurts if you're doing activities in my unqualified opinion so the supplementation side of these is well covered by this product.the taste is also much more interesting than most of the workout supplements i have crammed into my kitchen cabinetso all in all i think these ones are a win. very happy with them.

Great flavour but not great value
These creatine gummies are yummy they have a great flavour which in this case is Sour Watermelon. They don't have that rubber texture that a lot of gummies have that I hate. These are soft and easily consumed. My only gripe is that it's only 3000mg per serving when the recommended amount is normally in the 5000mg range. So it's quite a low serving amount. You can obviously take more gummies. As it's 3000mg and you take 2 gummies per serving then it seems each gummy is 1500mg. So it's only 1 months supply with the recommended serving but as that's quite low I would take 3 gummies which means it would only be a 20 day supply which makes it a lot less value for money and as it's quite pricey anyway it loses a star for these two reasons.

Watermelon, sugar - ah! nice gummies
Very nice tasting!I like the fact they are less than 0.1g carbs sugar - this fits into my needs.60 square gummies - 2 per day recommended dosage. They are very tasty and melt in my mouth. They claim to deliver on various elements, like electrolytes which are important, and support weight loss (I huess watermelon comes to play here). They are my guilty pleasures - the low sugar content allows me to enjoy them as a 'sweet' while delivering what my body needs, especially in hot weather or after physical effort. Not the cheapest but yeah, prefer them than less healthy snacks.

Tasty way to take creatine
These are pleasant tasty small jelly squares infused with creating and vitamin d3.The jellies are supposed to taste of sour water melon however they were not sour to the taste. They are coated with a sugar which is more sweet than tart. It’s not unpleasant at all but just not quite the sour hit I was expecting. The jellies come in a sealable ziplock metallic bag to keep them fresh and prevent moisture and stickiness.Compared to shakes and solid tablets these are an easy and pleasant way to get a creative boost.

2 gummies provide 3000mg (3g)
So these are incredibly tasty and its been several months since i had the opportunity to review some gummie creatine, these are probably the best taste ive had. The sour watermelon is great.Looking at the nutritional information panel, each gummie is 1.5g of creatine, 50mg of salt, 50mg of magnesium malate and a very small amount of vitamin D3.Serving directions suggest lots of water, which is great to carry the elements into the blood stream efficiently and effectively, so i certainly dont see any issues with these working well.Packaging is a sealable pouch and the labelling is clear, easy to follow and easy to read.Overall i am very happy with what has been provided and taking them has been very easy

A very expensive way to take your creatine
The £19.99 pack provides 30 days supply at a rate of 3g per day, which is a quote low serving of creatine in my opinion. I usually take 5g a day, so these wouldn't last me a month if I was to take them at my 5g rate.In terms of taste, I can't say I can pickup on any sourness, but they do taste like Watermellon flavour. Its good that they provide "some" extra electrolyte for you but its quite a small amount, especially compared with a dedicated electrolyte tablet.

Felt sick taking them.
It made my stomach felt really sick after taking them. The taste was okay, although the gummies seemed overly sticky. The electrolyte amount in each serving is really small as well. Def not enough as an electrolyte replacement.

Tastes like watermelon
I’m one of those weird people who tend to think watermelon sweets taste more like cucumber, but these while I wouldn’t describe them as sour most definitely taste like watermelon. The flavour is really strong and leaves quite a nice after taste in the mouth.Soft gummy texture, simple square cut chunks for easy dosing. If you’re already sick of powders and shakes, these are going to be a game changer. 1 pack is a month supply and is well worth it.The pack we got was dated manufactured 06/12/2024, and expires 06/12/2026I’m going to assume that’s American dates and not from the future. So made last month, and should last 2 years.
