It’s even safer that most Celtic salts because most have bad metals in them that can kill you. I accidentally purchased a different brand, used it maybe 3 days, then was hospitalized for 3 night because of the bad metals in the salt. To be safe always always buy this brand, no others… This Celtic salts helps me in so many ways like I never get dehydrated anymore, my over all health since starting this salt has improved in almost every area I had problems. You can feel it is healthy and not to salty

I cooked with this Baja Salt and I have to say, it does enhance the flavors of the meal. Good quality product.

If you use half a tea spoon of this mixed with water and lemon in the morning, the mental clarity skyrockets and you feel hydrated in a whole different way. I can’t believe salt can be this great. I use to drink a gallon of water a day to stay hydrated, now I only drink half as much and I feel more replenished then ever!

Awful amount of sodium in just 1/4th tea spoon of salt .450mg of table salt to be exact .Waste of money. It be like a normal table salt just super expensive.

Even though I like to cook, for me, salt is pretty much salt. The exception in my books might be grain and any added flavour. I don't go in for packaging or hype.Therefore, I like this simply packaged, fine grain salt. It's excellent for cooking, and it's easy to pinchYou can use it in hand shakers for the table, in a small receptacle for cooking, or just out of the bag for baking.It's versatile with no fussiness.My only complaint would be the price. $19.99CAD where I live is well above what I'd normally pay for table salt, which is basically the same thing. Even if it is kosher, I'm not sure that justifies the price.Good salt; high price.

Love that It hardly taste salty at all, so I like adding it to my electrolyte drink mixes.And the texture is nice on food.

I really like the overall taste profile of this Baja sea salt - it's milder taste lets the food's native taste come through much better, and the salty taste is much less harsher on the tongue.Just beware that the salt crystal seems to have a tendency to clump together though (i.e., more like a wet clumping together), so it doesn't sprinkle freely like table salt.
