This is so beyond the idea of calling something "cheese" as it is the most creamy and elegant substance made from milk, cream, and the contents that comes from cows. The French know what to do with grapes and also packing a wallop with cheese products. Try this at your own risk! You will never taste anything like this again!It is now two years later and we love this cheese which is one of the richest dairy products ever invented by the French. We actually froze sections of this large wheel and break it out for special events and holidays and it still tastes as rich and great as ever. The cost to ship is almost as expensive as the cheese itself but it is so worth it and it will last a long time as you cannot eat too much of this product at one time. We still recommend highly along with a nice Pinot Noir and some crackers.
