I wish I could give zero stars. I bought this steam iron thinking I was getting a quality product, but it turned out to be a complete disaster. Within just 8 months, it completely died — stopped heating, leaking water everywhere, and basically became useless junk.But the nightmare didn’t stop there. When I reached out to Bajaj after-sales service, I was met with endless delays, we don’t know type responses, and absolute zero accountability. It felt like they were doing everything possible to avoid honoring the warranty. After wasting countless hours on call, they finally told me product will replace. But after 20 days I’m still waiting for my product replacement.Complete waste of money, time, and patience. Shame on Bajaj for selling such garbage products and then offering non-existent support when things go wrong. I’ll NEVER buy BAJAJ appliances again. Avoid this headache at all costs!

nice steam iron. I was looking for steam iron since long and I got the perfect one. the iron is good also as advertised the same is spill proof and also heavy so clothes are iron perfectly. I recommend to buy this product. only hamper is plug is big as the same is 2000 watt or else its great product

I am writing to express my disappointment with the Bajaj MX 45 2000 Watts 220ml Steam Iron (Invoice Number: DEL5-3655245) that I purchased from Amazon on January 21, 2025. Initially, the product worked fine, but after a few days, it started malfunctioning and not heating properly.On March 4, 2025, I raised a complaint online, and Mr. Sumit Roy from the Rambagh Agra service center attended to it. He identified an issue with the iron but was unable to repair it due to the unavailability of a spare part. Despite assurances that he would procure the part and fix the issue, I have yet to receive any update.I have attached a copy of the invoice and warranty card for your reference. As a valued customer, I expect a higher level of service and quality from a reputed company like Bajaj.I request that you take immediate action to either replace the defective product or repair it on a priority basis. Please look into this matter urgently and respond with a resolution.

The packaging was very cheap and the build quality is not good

Ideally one should always use steam iron for cotton fabric and this iron does the job perfectly . Good one to have at home
