This is a superb upgrade for my kitchen. Was fed up with small fiddly garlic crushers that kept breaking so thought I’d treat myself to a new one. Found this one for a really low price and it is an absolute steal. Arrived super quickly. Very impressive build quality, feels like it will last forever, and it’s really easy to use and clean. Doesn’t leave anything behind. Great product would highly recommend.

It works fairly well, I find if I put more than one clove in at the same time it doesn't always seem to catch them both. On the plus side it's really easy to clean.

The first was flimsy, broke after only a few uses. I will try a replacement and hope the problem was a one-off. Good customer service.

I wasn't sure if I should buy this or not as it had no reviews, but I tried it as the price is lower than others. Really solid garlic crusher, does its job great, easy to clean with the little thing on the back.

At the time of this review, you can buy this garlic press for around £7The main body of this garlic press, which is coloured, lime, green and grey, the two handles are made of solid plasticThe part where the garlic is pressed through, and the hinge between the two arms is made of metal.I have attached a short video of me using it.As a garlic press, it works really well with garlic if you have taken the outer skin off first.If you try and use as a garlic press without taking the outer skin of the garlic off, it’s squashes the garlic and you only get about 25% of the garlic pushed through.If you want an easy way to peel the garlic, just pop it in the microwave for a few seconds, and that tough outer skin will come off really easily, normally in one piece.It would’ve been better if that piece of metal where the garlic is pressed through was flush with the arm so you could scrape a knife across to remove the crushed garlic but it’s slightly inset, which makes it just a little bit awkward.In summary is a decent garlic press for the money, better than some I have before.I like the design touch where you fold the arms completely backwards and that helps to clean out the holes in the metal gauze..nice !If you’re thinking about buying one, I would recommend it.
