I bought the large for my sons knee. He is 21 and weighs about 200. He stands all night at a window and works construction with his dad in the day. Twisted, sore knees run in the family. This Support Sleeve was the best thing I have found for him. He said it fits great. The top inside has a grip band to hold it to your leg. It is soft and not itchy. Bunches just a little behind the knee but not irritable. Great Buy and good price.

Compared to other knee sleeves I’ve tried, this actually stays on. I have a love hate relationship with it though because I’ve got the large and even though I measure towards the bottom of the range, it feels super tight, and feels like my circulation is affected. It tends to roll at the top under clothing so I guess it’s only great under loose fitting/ no clothing touching at all. On a support basis, I do feel as though it’s keeping my knee from jerking in the wrong direction, I just wish it was a better fit for my lifestyle. The breathability is pretty good, most sleeves I’d have scratched my knee red halfway through the door, if not sooner, whereas this one almost lasted a whole day

Wow! I cannot day enough about the customer service I received from Sleeve Stars! I ordered a size medium sleeve for both knees; however, when I tried them on, they were just too big. I sent a message to Sleeve Stars for an exchange and they were very quick to exchange for a size small. No hassle! The sleeves are very good and have really, really helped my knees! I wear them to the gym and I wish I could wear them around all the time. Great product if you are having knee issues!!

My son plays basketball most days for fun and exercise but he complains about the pressure it puts on his knees. I decided to get him this premium knee sleeve for support.It has helped him tremendously he's 6 ft 1" and about 180Lbs I ordered the large and it fits great. I'll order another since only one comes in the box. Great investment!

I found the gripper material at the top of the sleeve very uncomfortable. I have others with similar material that are just fine. In fact, overall I found these braces to be very uncomfortable in general after wearing them for a short time. I think part of this is that the material is rather scratchy. I'm afraid these are going back.

A bit tight but it does the job for short distance runs. If it's a longer run, the discomfort will be more apparent. They should consider an XL size.
