Good Value.
This is handyman special quality. The design needs to have a circular test for the pipe to sit in. It slices the pvc but getting 90degree cut is challenging. The ratching mechanisms and release are great. The force to cut is low but I have big hands.

Cuts are clean and EASY to make!
Works-well. Blade is firm and does not bend to the right or left when you apply pressure. Straight, burrless cuts. MUCH easier to squeeze than a non-ratcheting PVC cutter. Looks similar to the Rothenberger PVC cutter.

We worked it pretty hard. One handed op is crucial sometimes. Need to hands to open it.
It does the job. It sticks alot. The wratcheting mechanism wont disengage
