The details clearly mentioned waterproof and hence my daughter used it while swimming and the watch has stopped working, no display.

I bought this watch as a present for my daughter and the sleep tracker doesn’t work. I’ve googled how to fix this, including restoring factory settings which I have done and adjusting the tightness and position of the watch on the wrist, but the sleep tracker still doesn’t work. Very disappointed.

The watch itself isn’t too bad for its price and offers most options a more expensive smart watch would but the charge port is located inside one of the strap so everytime you want to charge it you need to remove the strap which makes me think it’s gonna snap everytime I remove it but otherwise it’s an ok product
