WHITE LABSYeast WLP051 - California Ale V

This strain was exactly what I wanted. I purchased two tubes, one for a ginger beer and one for a mead. I have watched them for two days and have seen no sign of fermentation. I did not think about it before but when I received the package there was no cold pack or anything to keep the temperature steady. I'll come back and update this review if they come to life but as of right now they look dead.
