it only worked about 3 times. i tried to contact you many times by email but never got an answer. son i threw it away. it was the worst product i purchased from you by far. i will not recomened that product to anyone. peter

Got this for my sister in law for her birthday. She loves it. Any soap can be put in here. Nice look to it as well, works well.

Stopped dispensing after two months
I liked the dispenser when it worked. After two months it started dispensing soap intermittently then stopped. I changed the batteries and it still doesn’t work. Very disappointing and now I’m not sure how to contact the supplier for a replacement.

Didn’t last....
I got this dispenser about 2 weeks ago. It’s a nice looking dispenser...the problem? It doesn’t dispense soap like it should. I get little squirts at a time. After 2 weeks, it stopped working completely. Don’t think I would buy this again.

Works Very Well
The unit works very well and the ability to recharge the battery, rather than change batteries is a real plus. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is that the base could be a little wider, and/or heavier. So far, it has gone months working perfectly and taken charges with nearly no effort.
